Darren Lee
Darren founded the RSO in 2023 with the vision of creating a high calibre orchestra demonstrating a communal and inclusive spirit that has since defined the RSO. As the artistic director, he collaborates with each of the conductors to create exciting and unique programs for the listeners. As the artist in residence, he performs several times each season as a pianist with the orchestra. Overall, Darren is responsible for ensuring that all members of the orchestra have the most enjoyable music-making experience.

Adam Hardi
Adam shared Darren’s vision to establish this orchestra, and quietly helps in the background to ensure smooth operations. He wears many hats, including as operations and locations manager, creative designer (website, invites), and caterer. Adam comes from a highly musical family, with classical music part of his fabric since birth. He is a beginner amateur oboist.
